Pork Chops and scalloped potatoes is a family favorite that makes super tender pork chops with delicious scalloped potatoes! Easy to prepare and makes a great addition to your weeknight recipes!

Ingredients
3Tbspbutterdivided
1 1/2tspsalt
1/4tspground black pepper
3Tbspflourall purpose
1 14.5ozcan chicken broth
6Pork chopsI used the bone-in but you can use boneless, as well.
6Cupsthinly sliced potatoes
1Dash paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a sauce pan, melt 1 Tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add salt, pepper and the flour.
Pour in the chicken broth, cook & stir until mixture boils. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a skillet, dredge pork chops in flour and brown in 1Tbsp of butter.
Grease a cooking dish with the remaining Tbsp of butter and layer the potatoes on the bottom.
Pour the sauce mixture of the potatoes and place the browned pork chops on top.
Sprinkle paprika on top and then cover and bake for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake for an additional 15-30 minutes. Check potatoes after 15 to see if they're tender.
