Easy Baked Macaroni and Cheese

This delicious, homemade easy baked macaroni and cheese will surely be a family favorite! It's so simple to make and inexpensive...especially when you need to feed a crew! You can half the recipe if you only have 2-4 people to feed. It also doubles well if you really have a large crowd to feed.
Ingredients
  • 16 oz. bag of macaroni noodles.
  • Stick of butter
  • 2 cups of Colby Jack cheese. (Or about 4 handfuls. Save a little out to put on top)
  • 1 cup milk (I use skim)
  • salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cook macaroni noodles according to directions on the package.
  3. When they're done, drain.
  4. Slice stick of butter into casserole.
  5. Pour the drained noodles into the casserole and mix them up with the butter.
  6. Add cheese and mix well.
  7. Add 1 cup of milk and stir a little more until well mixed.
  8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Take remaining cheese and sprinkle on top.
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes
  11. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes
  12. Take out of oven and wait about 10 minutes to serve.
